FlashIntel Return Policy?
FlashIntel's Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to the transactions related to their products and services. Customers are eligible for a refund after they have subscribed, used, and paid for the products and services.
For Paid Subscription, cancellation can only be made on the last day of the 3-day trial period if a trial offer with FlashIntel was taken. If not unsubscribed on the last day before the end of the trial period, the subscription will automatically transition to the paid version of the subscription plan of the FlashIntel Services Package selected at the trial enrollment. During the service period, paying users who no longer wish to continue with the services must make the cancellation request through their account settings before the billing cycle ends. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
For Prepaid Credits, these are Non-transferable and Non-refundable except as explicitly provided in the Policy. Transfer and/or cancellation of the Prepaid Credits will not be accepted.
Regarding User License Fees, refunds are not eligible based on the user license fees for deployed products/services unless otherwise specified in the following circumstances:
